  • The offer is applicable to international remittance transactions originating from Turkey and sent to Nepal through the UPTION App during the offer period. 

  • The offer is applicable to eligible remittance transactions received directly into an eSewa Wallet or Bank Account in Nepal. 

  • The applicable service charge payable by the sender will be waived during the offer period. 

  • There is no minimum or maximum transaction amount specifically imposed under this offer; however, transactions remain subject to applicable regulatory and transaction limits. 

  • Any transaction identified as suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or terms may be excluded from the offer. 

  • Esewa Money Transfer and Universal Payment Transfer (UPT) reserves the right to review, modify, suspend, or cancel this offer and/or its terms and conditions in the event of suspicious activity, regulatory requirements, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, without prior notice. 

  • Any changes to the offer or its terms and conditions may be communicated through the appropriate official channels.

  •  कारोबारको दायरा: यो अफर अवधिभर टर्कीबाट UPTION App मार्फत नेपाल पठाइएका अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय रेमिट्यान्स कारोबारहरूमा मात्र लागू हुनेछ। 
     
  •  प्राप्तकर्ता खाता: यो अफर नेपालस्थित eSewa Wallet वा Bank Account मा सिधै प्राप्त हुने योग्य रेमिट्यान्स कारोबारहरूका लागि मात्र मान्य हुनेछ।
     
  • सेवा शुल्क छुट: अफर अवधिभर रेमिट्यान्स पठाउने व्यक्ति (Sender) ले तिर्नुपर्ने लागू सेवा शुल्कमा पूर्ण छुट प्रदान गरिनेछ। 
     
  • कारोबार सीमा: यस अफरअन्तर्गत न्यूनतम वा अधिकतम कारोबार रकम तोकिएको छैन। तथापि, कारोबारहरू प्रचलित नियामक नियम तथा कारोबार सीमा (Transaction Limits) को अधीनमा रहनेछन्। 
     
  • अयोग्य कारोबार: शंकास्पद, ठगीजन्य वा प्रचलित कानून तथा नियम र सर्तहरूको उल्लङ्घन गरी गरिएका कुनै पनि कारोबारहरूलाई यस अफरबाट बहिष्कृत गरिनेछ।
